We design, build and install stands for exhibitions in six Gulf countries. One team takes your brief through 3D design, venue approval, fabrication and freight, then clears the hall after the show.
From brief to dismantle in six steps
The same people run every stage, so nothing gets lost between design, workshop and hall.
- 01
Brief and floor plan
You send the event, stand size, open sides and what you need to show. We ask for the organizer's floor plan and exhibitor manual early, because they set the height limits and build rules.
- 02
3D design
We model the stand on your actual plot with branding, lighting and meeting areas in place, then revise until you sign it off.
- 03
Venue approval
Drawings and structural details go to the organizer. We track their comments and resubmit fast, so approval doesn't eat into build time.
- 04
Fabrication
Structures, finishes and graphics are produced and pre-fitted before they ship. Faults get found in the workshop, not on the show floor.
- 05
Freight and logistics
Crates move by road across GCC borders with customs paperwork prepared ahead. We book venue delivery slots and can store material between shows.
- 06
Install and dismantle
Our site team builds inside the venue's move-in window, finishes the details and hands over. After the show, we clear the stand.
From custom exhibition stands to modular rental, 3D design, freight and AV, each service can be booked alone or as part of a single build.
Venue regulations, freight routes and lead times change at every border. As exhibition stand contractors working in all six markets, we plan each show around the country it is in and reuse what we can between them.
| Factor | Custom | Modular |
|---|---|---|
| Design | Built to your plot, brand and layout | Standard components, arranged for your space |
| Lead time | Longer, with design and approval rounds | Shorter, parts already exist |
| Budget | Higher per show, more control | Lower per show, less control |
| Reuse | Possible with planning | Built for repeat use |
What moves the price
- Stand size and number of open sides
- Structure height, and whether there is a double deck
- Materials and finishes
- AV, LED screens and lighting
- Freight distance and storage
- How close the build date is
How early should we contact you?+
For a custom stand, start eight to twelve weeks before move-in. Large or double-deck builds need more, because approval rounds take time. Modular stands can often be arranged in less.
Do you deal with the organizer's approval process?+
Yes. We prepare the drawings and structural details the organizer asks for, respond to comments and keep the build schedule moving while approval is pending.
What do you need to give us a proposal?+
The event name and city, your stand number or size, how many sides are open, your brand files and a rough budget range. The organizer's exhibitor manual helps if you have it.
Should we choose a custom or a modular stand?+
Choose custom when the layout, height or brand experience matters most. Choose modular when you exhibit often at the same size and want to reuse the parts.
Can you build for the same brand in several Gulf countries?+
Yes. We coordinate design, freight and installation across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, so a multi-show plan runs through one team.
Do you store stands between shows?+
We can. Storage is worth it when you reuse structures or graphics at the next event, and we quote it separately from the build.
How much does an exhibition stand cost?+
It depends on size, structure, finishes and AV, and a custom build costs more per show than a modular one. Our exhibition stand cost guide breaks down what drives the price, or send your stand size and open sides for a firm number.
Can you manage the project if our team is based outside the Gulf?+
Yes. Many clients run a stand remotely from head office. We handle local approvals, fabrication and installation, and share 3D designs and build photos so sign-off does not need a site visit before the show.
What is included in a quote?+
Design, fabrication, freight to the venue, installation and dismantling, unless you ask for a stage quoted separately. AV, storage and graphics printing are itemized so you can see what each part costs.
Tell us the event, the city and the stand size. We reply with the next steps and a proposal.
