Cost guide

Price depends on a handful of decisions. Knowing them before you ask for quotes makes proposals easier to compare and budgets easier to defend.

Where the money goes

The cost of an exhibition stand is rarely one number. It is the sum of the structure, the finishes, the technology, the freight and the people who plan and install it. Two stands of the same size can differ by a wide margin depending on those choices.

This guide lists what moves the price so you can set a realistic budget. We do not publish fixed rates here because a fair quote needs your plot, your event and your timeline.

Main drivers

01

Size and open sides

More area means more material and labor. Island stands with four open sides need more finishing than a single-side stand.

02

Height and structure

Tall features, hanging elements and double decks require engineering, approvals and stronger materials.

03

Materials and finishes

Custom joinery, specialist finishes and curved forms cost more than standard panels and paint.

04

AV and lighting

LED walls, touch screens and lighting design can be a large share of the budget on technology-led stands.

05

Graphics

Large-format printing, fabric frames and illuminated signage add cost, especially in bilingual layouts.

06

Freight and storage

Distance, border crossings and storage between shows all add to the total.

07

Timing

A short lead time can mean rush production and extra crews.

08

Venue charges

Power, water, rigging and organizer fees are usually separate from the stand contract.

Watch for

Venue services, power orders, rigging points, insurance and contractor passes are often left out of early budgets. Ask each supplier what is included and what is not, so proposals can be compared fairly.

Reuse also changes the maths. A custom stand designed to be reused across two or three shows can cost less per show than a one-off build, provided storage and refurbishment are planned.

Getting a fair quote

Send the event name, the stand size, the number of open sides, your brand files, and a budget range. If you have the organizer's manual or floor plan, send that too.

We respond with options as well as a total. That way you can see what each decision adds and choose where to spend.

Questions

How much does an exhibition stand cost in the GCC?+

It depends on size, structure, finishes, technology and freight, so no single figure is honest. Send a brief and we will price the options against your budget.

Is a bigger stand always more expensive per square metre?+

Not always. Larger stands can spread fixed costs such as design and project management, but height, double decks and heavy AV push the price up.

What is the cheapest way to exhibit well?+

A modular or rental stand with good graphics and lighting, planned early. Late changes and rush freight are the most common causes of overspend.

Should we set a budget before asking for a proposal?+

Yes. A budget range lets us design to it instead of guessing, and it makes proposals easier to compare.

Tell us the event, the city and the stand size. We reply with the next steps and a proposal.
