Stacks of cargo and containers at a freight terminal
Service

Exhibition logistics in the Gulf involves more than a truck. Crates cross borders between the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, and each crossing brings customs paperwork, timing and sometimes inspection.

Overview

We move stands, products and graphics for our own builds and, where agreed, for exhibitors who ship their own goods. Deliveries are booked into the venue's slots, and material can be stored between shows so the next event starts from what you already own.

Freight is where projects lose days. Sea freight into a Gulf port, customs clearance and the last leg by road can all add time, and the organizer will not move the show date to suit them.

We agree freight routes early and work back from the move-in date. For Saudi Arabia in particular, we ask for product and material details at the start so paperwork is not the last task on the list.

What is included

01

Cross-border planning

Documents are prepared in advance and transit times are built into the project schedule.

02

Venue delivery slots

We book and hold access to loading bays so trucks do not queue during build-up.

03

Product handling

Fragile or high-value exhibits are packed and tracked separately from stand material.

04

Storage between shows

Structures, graphics and furniture are stored for reuse, with an inventory list and condition notes.

Questions

Can you move exhibits from outside the GCC?+

We coordinate imports into the region for stand materials and, where requested, for exhibits. Customs treatment depends on the goods, so we ask for product details early.

How is storage priced?+

Storage is quoted separately from the build, based on volume and duration. It usually makes sense when structures or graphics will be reused.

Do you handle returns after the show?+

Yes. Products can be returned, re-exported or held for the next event, based on what you tell us before the show.

Tell us the event, the city and the stand size. We reply with the next steps and a proposal.
