Move-in windows are short and fixed. Exhibition stand installation only works when the crew, the crates and the paperwork arrive in the right order, and when someone on site can solve a problem without waiting for the workshop to reply.
Our installation team builds to the approved drawings, coordinates with venue operations, and completes lighting, graphics and technology checks before handover. After the show, dismantling follows the venue's move-out schedule, and material is cleared, stored or shipped as agreed.
The more of a stand that is built and fitted in the workshop, the less risky the move-in becomes. Components that have been assembled once arrive with fixings labelled and finishes protected, so site work is assembly rather than construction.
We plan the loading order of crates to match the build sequence, which saves hours when the hall is crowded.

Scheduled to the venue
Crew size and shifts are planned around the organizer's build hours and delivery slots.
Site supervision
A named project lead handles access, inspections and any changes requested on the day.
Handover checks
Electrical, lighting, screens and graphics are tested before you arrive to set up your product.
Clean dismantling
Stands come down in sequence, the space is left clear, and reusable items are packed for storage.
Do you install stands that you did not build?+
In some cases. We would need drawings and a site check to confirm scope, so ask before the show, not on move-in day.
What happens if the venue delays access?+
We adjust the crew plan and reprioritize the build sequence so the stand is ready for opening. Delays are logged so scope changes are clear.
Is dismantling included?+
It is normally quoted with installation. We confirm the disposal, storage or shipping of materials before the show ends.
Tell us the event, the city and the stand size. We reply with the next steps and a proposal.
